Until there is an actual solution on the credit card system for PSN, I encourage you to purchase a prepaid PSN gift card to help work around the problem.

Erm I meant that can I have it into my PC and transper the data like the old PSP did? So it is not meant to plug into the PC?
I have not tried it, but I believe there is file management software on the PC.
So far I can transfer from my PS3 or directly from the Vita store. I have not had a need ot do otherwise.

Go into Settings, then Initilization, then Initalize PS4, then follow the on-screen instructions. You may want to do what the guy above said, as this does delete all data on your PS4. DO NOT TURN YOUR PS4 OFF DURING INITILIZATION: THIS MAY DAMAGE YOUR SYSTEM.
Note: Initilizing the system will not downgrade your system software.

Just read another thread. There is no fix for this: you either replace the new hard drive with the old hard drive, and then backup, but if that doesn't work, use a different backup drive.
One that isn't bus-powered.

Go into Safe Mode. If you don't know how to go into safe mode, hold down the power button until it turns off. Turn it back on, still holding the button when you do, and wait for 2 beeps. Connect your PS3 controller to the system using a USB port, and then look below.
The menu looks like this:
1. Restart System: Used to exit Safe Mode.
2. Restore Default Settings: Reverts to out-of-the-box settings, changing all settings you changed. This also deletes your PSN sign in data.
3. Restore File System: Sir, this will possibly help you very well. It can remedy a variety of issues including:
*PS3 that contains corrupted data
*PS3 that stopped working after update
*PS3 that freezes at XMB menu
*PS3 that shows message "Corrupted HDD"
It may be a very good idea to use this option, becuase it fixes these issues (possibly) and does not delete game data or video data.
4. Rebuild Database: Helps delete corrupted data not deleted using step 3. Still does not delete any of your data, and may take an hour depending on your HDD capasity.
5. Restore PS3 System: This is a last resort becuase it deletes all data and resets all settings. If you use this option, the next time you restart the system will be an out-of-the-box experience for you.
If Step 5 does not work, you will have to send your PS3 System to Sony for servicing.

My friend deactivated all consoles as primary PS4 and he activated his console has the primary PS4 I tried to go change it myself but it won't let me do it for another 6 months and I can't go to his house to do it because he lives in Louisiana and I live in Texas... Please help me someone

Uncharted 4 Limited Edition Bundle ps4 video rendering? gpu issue? need advice
a bit of background... i had the 1st Destiny Limited Edition PS4, connected and working perfectly no issues, same cables, tv, etc. I sold that to a friend and purchased the Uncharted 4 LE bundle on launch date, not 3 days ago. Noticed first while playing Uncharted 4, edging seems a bit jumpy, glitchy, not smooth at all, like its having trouble rendering. during cutscenes and gameplay horizontal lines appear on the faces of the characters, clothes and hands intermittently, its looks almost like a canvas texture. I exchanged the first console, picked up another from the same store, same issue, tested out on The Division, edges around character are the same, glitchy, shakey, his face while in menu is blurring forward as well... im thinking hardware issue, possibly a bad GPU... oh i also tried playing a bluray on it, played just fine, no issues, but games doesnt play well for some reason...i need help, ive tried multiple HDMI cables from receiver and direct to TV, ive changed settings on ps4 to static 1080 and Automatic... im at a loss, idk what to do except exchange again... anyone have any advice? Ih ave attached a few pics to help explain whats going on as well, i get this was taken with a cellphone from a tv but even then it wouldnt be this bad, what you see is what i see even if you take out the cellphone minus the pixel lines though... the blur is there, also both ends of the hat were like glitching out and shaking... anyone have an idea what this could be?

Mic Isn't working
Mics arent working. Tried different ones and none seem to work. Can hear through headphones but ppl cant hear me. Ps4 recognizes mic plugged in.Restarted ps4 n not in a party. Pls help

There are Ethernet over power kits which send a frequency thru your existing powelines thru your house. The starter kits come with a sending unit and a receiving unit. That would give you the ability to have A hard line connection. They are made by D-link and are sold at Best Buy locations for sure

Did you try any that are actually PS4-certified, or just your assortment of iPhone headphones? The last System update greatly reduced the number of headsets that just happened to work with the DualShock 4, even though they were never designed to work with the DualShock 4, and were never specifically supposed to work with the DualShock 4.

The PS Vita does not implement the USB mass storage device protocol, as the PSP did. You can connect it to a PC, but Windows cannot access any of the PS Vita storage directly. You have to use a Sony application called the Content Manager Assistant to transfer data between the PC and the PS Vita. It is similar to Media Go, but its use is not optional. Any game content transferred to the PC from the Vita is encrypted and cannot be modified. Only media files that are supported for playback on the Vita can be copied to the Vita. You cannot download PS Vita games to a PC, and then transfer them to the Vita. You can copy Vita games from the Vita to a PC for backup purposes. The backup can only be restored to a Vita that is using the same PSN account as the Vita that the data was copied from.
